As layover travelers at the hotel near Heathrow Airport, we appreciated the convenience of a short bus ride to and from the terminals. The complimentary glass bottles of water in the room were a nice touch, and the design of the bathroom was modern and clean. Although there were some minor issues during check-in and with the television not working, the overall stay was satisfactory considering the proximity to the airport and ease of transportation.

Room was well soundproofed and everything worked, including heat, a/c, and plumbing. the smallish room had a fairly comfy bed and room-darkening drapes. Convenience store gas station next door for quick snacks. Clean and new accommodations, not dingy. Good design with rooms near elevator. Bonus of a restaurant on site, had a delicious lamb curry. Bottled water, electric kettle, and tea provided.

The hotel might look appealing for being in a location conveniently close to the airport, but despite that, it doesn't make up for its numerous flaws. The only positive feature we found was that it is close to the bus stop and airport main roads. The room was far from being welcoming, with dirty beds, unclean floors, and dusty shelves. The bathroom was cramped and not well-kept, making guests feel uncomfortable. We couldn't use any of the facilities that it claimed to offer due to their wear and tear. the breakfast options were very limited, and food quality was poor. We had to spend more money eating outside the hotel instead.

The service was unprofessional and rude, making it worse than any experience we've had before.
